At Stanislaus Academy, our instructional delivery revolves around Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Unlike traditional lecture-based methods, we prioritize interactive learning activities to enhance recruit engagement and skill development.

Results Speak Louder:

Since integrating PBL into our basic academy curriculum in 2015, we've seen a notable 8% increase in the passing rate of new officers from the Field Training Officer (FTO) program. This improvement demonstrates the effectiveness of our approach in preparing officers for real-world challenges.

Duration: Our academy spans 20 weeks, comprising 740 hours of intensive training.
