Leading the Way In Dispatch Training!
Stanislaus Regional 9-1-1 is a consolidated center consisting of seven law enforcement agencies and fifteen fire agencies through a Joint Powers Authority established under California Law. Stanislaus Regional 9-1-1 provides service to over 400,000 citizens, as forty-five tele-communicators process over 500,000 calls for service each year. SR 9-1-1 has sixty-two staff; eight managers, forty-five dispatch staff, and seven technical and two administrative support personnel.
SR9-1-1 provides twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week public safety emergency dispatch service and is the answering point for the 911 telephone system. Dispatching is provided for 22 Law Enforcement and Fire agencies within Stanislaus County.
The SR911 Training and Support Division is comprised of many team members including managers, Communications Training Officers and other trainers. These experienced dispatchers deliver effective student-based learning, and many of them have received California POST certification from the Instructor Development Institute.
